1. Scope & Applicability

This policy applies exclusively to retail products purchased through Refined Skin Club’s website or at our Hoboken and Englewood locations.

2. Final Sale / No Refunds

All retail product sales are final. Once purchased, these items are non‑refundable and cannot be returned for a refund.

3. Exchanges for Defective Items

  • If a product is defective or damaged at the time of purchase, you may request an exchange.

  • The exchange must be made within 48 hours of purchase, and it can only be exchanged for the same product.

  • No exchanges will be provided outside this 48-hour window

4. Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are also non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

5. Credit Card Processing Fees (if applicable)

Should a return or refund be processed by exception (e.g., store credit or authorized return), please note any credit card processing fees may still apply and could be deducted from the refunded amount.

6. How to Request an Exchange for a Defective Product

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at info@refinedskinclub.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Include your order number, product name, and a clear photo detailing the defect or damage.

  3. Once reviewed and approved, you may return the item or bring it to one of our studios in Hoboken or Englewood.

  4. Upon validation, exchange will be granted only for the identical product, pending availability.

7. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at our discretion. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use or purchases constitute agreement to the terms.
